This camp takes place Monday, July 30 through Friday, August 3rd.  Each day camp is from 8:45am until 12pm.  The $40 registration price includes a T-shirt, soccer ball and bag, water bottle, wristband and much more.  For more information or to register for this camp, you can download the forms below and mail in to the church or call the church office at 707-763-2012. You can also pick up a registration form and medical release form here in the church office.
